Create and test two POC prototypes (custom .net apps):
A CMS for staff to upload authentication content and generate a unique code linking to a physical item.
A customer-facing app that enables buyers to scan a QR code on their item and view their unique authentication content, including an individual signing photo for each signed item and proof of the exact date/location from which every signature is obtained.

Two custom .net apps, still in use today by staff and customers. The main learning was that QR code stickers weren't sufficient to counteract sophisticated fraud. The system was recently upgraded to replace QR codes with embedded NFC chips and renamed "TripleLock."
Icons b-locked is a blockchain-based platform that serves to prove the authenticity of a product beyond all doubt. It is a pioneering solution designed to fundamentally underpin the value of signed memorabilia and lock-in consumer trust.

It uses state-of-the-art blockchain technology to make the creation, validation and selling of signed items 100% verifiable in a quick, simple and easy way.
